Our field agents have extensive knowledge of the processes involved in utility disconnections. Safeguards and regulatory procedures are in place to protect the integrity of our clients. Pre-disconnection and isolation reports including photographic images are generated during the site visit process. Reports processed are delivered to our client using our operational platform.

We carry out:

• 2nd pre-disconnection visits (PDV)
  Optional visit to settle account before warrant is executed.
• Court attendances
  We apply and collect all warrants necessary for isolations to proceed.
• Isolation/disconnection attendances
  Our agents attend isolations along with engineers and locksmiths where necessary. The agents direct the team, take photographs and produce reports. In the event that a customer is able to settle their account, agents communicate direct with suppliers and take payments with client permission.
